Abstract:
This paper clarifies the definition of Einstein’s special principle of relativity. The mechanism of photon formation is determined. It is shown that the quantization of the electromagnetic field is derived from interaction of the polarized vacuum with the polarizing electromagnetic wave.

Key words:
Einstein’s special principle of relativity, photon formation mechanism, polarizing electromagnetic wave.
