Abstract:
An analytical expression for the components of electrical tensity field vector for a laser beams with radial and azimutal polarization are given, which were got early in experiments [Appl. Opt., 1993. – Vol. 32. – No. 27. – PP. 5222-5228]. Linearly or azimutally polarized light by binary DOE was obtained with aim of FullWAVE program product, which realize FDTD method of calculation of Maxwell equation. Binary DOE consists of four sectors of subwavelength gratings with a rows, directed in 45 degrees each other. It is shown, that light field become radial polarized in two wavelength distance from DOE.

Key words: polarization, DOE, diffractive grating.
