Abstract:
Numerical and experimental investigation of the optimized binary DOE intended to form an axial line with uniform intensity is realized for various parameters of an illuminating beam.

Key words:
binary axicon, diffractive optical element (DOE), axial light line, laser beam, phase and amplitude DOE.
