Abstract:
We report on the fabrication of metallodielectric photonic crystals by means of interference lithography and subsequent coating by the gold nanolayer by the use of magnetron deposition. The polymer grating is realized in a SU-8 photoresist using a He-Cd laser of wavelength 442 nm. A reflection spectrum from three-dimensional metallodielectric photonic crystals is investigated. The occurrence of the photonic band gap with the center on wavelength 2.6-2.8 microns on the basis of spectroscopy data is shown.

Key words:
photonic crystals, interference lithography.
