Correction filter application for the quality emprovement of images compressed using method jpeg

Abstract:
This article submits to use the correction filter for the removal of "blocking" artifacts on the images that compressed by JPEG and for the enhancement of their quality according to PSNR criterion. The brief description of the filter construction process which based on the restoration error approximation is presented. The value of the enhancement image restoration quality is estimated. The results of performance analysis of the removal "blocking" artifacts on the restored images are shown.
