Abstract:
The theoretical basis and scheme design of digital holographic interferometry, spatial frequency filtering procedure of the digital holograms and restore the complex amplitude of the field of images of the scattering object are considered. Principles of the multy-expositional holographic interference monitoring of the microspacing and microdeformations fields of the objects with diffusely scattering surface is discussed. The results of experimental determination of microdeformations bending under a concentrated and distributed forces are shown. Estimation of spatial and temporal resolution achieved by digital holographic interferometry in the problems of determining the static and dynamically changing fields of the microspacing of scattering surfaces of reflecting objects is obtained.
