Abstract:
The three wave-interaction of codirectional magnetoacoustic and Alfven waves in a heat releasing ionized gaseous medium is considered. We show the amplification of Alfven waves due to the parametrical energy transfer from unstable magnetoacoustic waves.

Key words:
three-wave-interaction, parametrical amplification, phase synchronism, magnetic field.
