Abstract:
The article gives a summary of major events of the 3rd International Conference and the Youth School on Information Technologies and Nanotechnology (ITNT-2017), which was held in Samara on April 25-27, 2017. Main research topics covered at ITNT-2017 are also briefly reviewed.
