Лазерная сварка разнородных металлических материалов с использованием дифракционных оптических элементов

Аннотация:
Прогрессивным при сварке разнородных материалов является использование лазерных технологий. Осуществлена лазерная сварка импульсным излучением алюминиевого сплава АК4 и титанового сплава ВТ5-1. Определены режимы обработки, реализация которых при плавлении материалов в зоне термического влияния предоставляет возможность получить однородную структуру без пустот и раковин, что указывает на потенциально достаточно высокую работоспособность сварного соединения. Для создания требуемого распределения плотности мощности в поперечном сечении лазерного пучка целесообразно использовать дифракционные оптические элементы. Выполнена сварка алюминия и меди непрерывным лазерным излучением. Определено, что лазерное воздействие с его чётко определённым и точным локализованным вводом энергии предоставляет возможность в значительной степени снизить рост слоёв интерметаллидных соединений.
